Time is always not enough. I can actually hear it ticking. If everyday i can strictly follow up my schedule, that is to spend enough time reading, learning, writing and workout, i feel i make a full day. However, most of time, I find myself goofing around, instead of concentrating on my reading, and surfing the net aimlessly, instead of standing up to do some excise.

Are you interested in what you are reading? What distracts you?
Internet could be a great distraction if you feel boring, don't have something specific in mind and what to kill time. So why not limit your time surfing? Find a useful website and use it regularly.
