there are many things u can do before sleep, have a drink, do some exercises, play games, turn off the TV......

oh yeah, i've heard "红豆" recently. i'm not sure which is my favourite , i love jazz, pop punk, folk is great, so as blues , sometimes i try r&b and hip-hop too~

I try to consider my diary as a friend who is really a good listener,I can tell her (I guess) my story,I can share my happiness and sorrow,I can complain.She's a good friend,isn't she?
