To my point of view, I would like to seek for a suitable one before handing the resignation. I dimly know that it's an imprudent action to hand in first.

Well, it depends on what kind of situation you are in. Because, if you don't want to work for this company and wanted to have a vacation or a short time rest. You can hand in first before looking.

It depends~If you are not worried about finding another new job, hand in the resignation any time you want. However, once you lose your job and you can't earn your living, you should find a new job first~

I am in the same situation with you, but I don’t know your reasons to the resignation. As for me, I feel my present job is so boring. Everyday I run the routine office course, but I must have clearly known my realistic conditions, having enough money to seek another job. Our financial manager told me before looking for a better work you’d better stay in this company. I agree.
