Oh my god! That's too bad. I think they're risking their restaurant's reputation for the sake of one dish, instead of improving their management and serving the right dish at the first time.
Small restaurants maybe can survive in this way, since they're cheap and no one "dares" to care for such low price. But come on, that's food and human's life. What if they are so careless as to serve poisoned food? It's too bad.
