I admit that you are a confident person. But i think when you meet this, maybe you should not do your own ignorant others' opinions no matter it's good or bad. Not only your trial, but also your behavior influence the other's attitudes, including the boss. Right?

Yes. It is true. But you have no other choice. right? Everything has a hard beginning, don't treat ourselves as something important. Actually it is quite common for the boss and the neighbours to do so. What we should do is just do what we should do and try to improve the relationship among us. Fankly speaking. It is tough to do it well. But it is a must .

Ha~Yes. I have ever met this circumstance. then I felt really frustrated. they always ignored me as if I never exist. But come back to think of it. after all. they are bosses. Thet are not supposed to focus on me. so I released. and with a right attitude. I can do my work better and feel better.
