I work in a very big foreign company for about 2 years ,this is my first job . And I want to change my job recently ,I think below reasons are important for a new job. Frist,the job responsibility is more detail than current; second ,almost double salary improvement ; third, a nice and open mind boss.

Industry and post are most important,you should be interested in the industry ,and enthusasitic with the post, if only ,you can do more with less during your career.Otherwise,you may cost double time to realise your target.
