In my opinion，it is not necessary to provide condom to university students currently，because after all only some of university students need condom and if they indeed need condom，they can buy some for themselves. What is more, offering condom to students for free maybe make some of university students mistake it as a hint that stimulates them to experience the sexual behaviors.[This thread linyin870809  2010-05-18 22:44:37 edited]
