when do you think this terrible crisis would end?

since last year, the finance crisis has being striking the banking business allover the world, from western to eastern, from foreign countries to China, and then grows stronger and stronger, so that more and more fields and industries have been affected or even destroyed. i believe this must go beyond many people's expectation, and thus upset their original schedules, including me.
i have planned to move to a better job this year, but now you know less companies want new employees, especially foreign companies. so i am forced to  stay at the present position, following the dull routines.
who could tell me when the crisis would end?

I guess you are lack of confidence to long for a better job because you doubt your capability and qualification . You know, even under the bad situation ,many companies also need qualified staff. Be patient and work hard at current position, good job will find you when you are more and more stronger. One saying says opportunity wait for the one who are ready.

I hate this financial crisis,but only we have to do is face to that,find more opportunities during the bad time.
Moreover,foreign trade is getting better for the moment,just give ourself some confidence,be insist!
