What will you do if your neighbors are  filthy?
     Imagine that you are living in a place where the people around you are  not hygiene-sensitive--they don't care about the environment at all and always let the wastes be there without cleaning. What's worse is that, your non-stop cleaning doesn't work at all. If you live with such filthy neighbours, what will you do besides just moving away from the unpleasant district?

You can hardly imagine how dirty a university dormitory can be. I can't understand why then can put up with such a mess. I think I won't say anything perhaps. It's good to maintain a good relationship with neighbors. So ignore it.
