Yes. It is true. But you have no other choice. right? Everything has a hard beginning, don't treat ourselves as something important. Actually it is quite common for the boss and the neighbours to do so. What we should do is just do what we should do and try to improve the relationship among us. Fankly speaking. It is tough to do it well. But it is a must .

Now i'm as an intern. Though the reality and work is not completely what i expexted, i have obatained a lot.  Just like Forest Gump said, Life is a box of chololate.
