A job in the state-owned companies means stable income and easy life,but little chance to learn and practise,while working in the private will make you keep busy everyday and increase your capacity,but the profit is not that good like in the nationalized enterprises.so your choice?

It's not easy to enter stated-owned companies unless you have sound background, some state-owned group enterprise operate effeciently, you can increase your abilicities too, but some are in redundancy, then interest conflicts between personnel will increase. Some private companies provide good salary and welfare, some private companies are not good at management, you will face various matters. The concrete problem need  a concrete analysis.
