Although I absolutely agree with the idea--good habit , good life ,it's hard for me to put it into practice .Always ,I was disturbed by some noise made by my roommates .And sometimes we ended in a terrible quarrel . Finally, I gived in and changed my habit of sleeping --go to sleep later than a dog ,get up later than a pig . But it's OK , I  have change my study  schedule to adjust it
