first I want to say this question is hard to answer.
we do everything  hoping to get a good result, in our view, the result is really important.
however,if the result is not good as we expect,we still won't regret,because we have tried our best and we enjoy the process which will benefit us inthe future.
SO in my opinion the process and result are both important.
If we can enjoy the process of striving and get a good result,things will be perfect.
