Have you ever imagined what you'd be like in maybe ten years?

I have been working in an International trade company for about 7years, my boss is a turkish, as for as my job,my English should be very good, but we all long talk with eachother in Chinese, so untill now , my English has no progress after I am graduated.
I recognize I have inertia
But now I have my baby, I hope I can become a successfull mother for my family.
So I wish I could speak English fluently and master it well in 2years,
and become a good bussiness manager  or stay even higher position in my future ,to obtain more experience and income through my efforts.

Though,it is an ordinary topic for me ,but always important for everyone specially in the world that full of pressure and lure.My dream is to become a journalist when i was child,but now ,it changes by the time goes on,i want to enjoy my life what i want .I can take my time with my parents ,my children and my friends,what's more,i have a good job that can earn enough money to support my journey around my country ,even the world.Now,learning English well is my objective,so ,what can i do ,persist in practicing everyday,i think i will get my dream.

yeah , i have a dream , but it seems i am in the crossroad of my dream recently and i am in a dilemma whether i should follow my heart and to chase my dream or not . that needs a brave heart . maybe i need to be more stronger .

This question sometimes flicks in my mind. In moments of clairvoyance, I see my future self in brighter colors than the gloom in which my present self is bathed. A healthier, happier man, more achieved in the pursuit of genuine matters, more balanced in heart, and keener in brain.

My boss speaks English very well, but He has turkish tone
Because he is my boss, I am not willing to talk with him in English to show him my shortage,
I know it is a wrong idea....

Your words frustrated me a lot,  so many new words to me, I had to ask goole translation for help to get a better understanding. Perhaps I shouldn't leave English behind for such a long time.

I believe that you will become the one you want if you keep that image all the time deep in your heart~

I will be in my thirties after 10 years.
I wish I would be a elegant women then,too.
I suppose to be married at that time and probably have my own child already.
I wish I have a happy family. At the same time ,I am working on things I'm really interested in, not just make a living.
I wish I could travel to beautiful places several times a year.
