How to think in english rather than just translate...

Everytime, when I want to write or speak something in english, I usually think up the Chinese sentence, then translate it into english directly. Sometime, I found it is very difficult to translate some special sentences or words because of the culture difference.
Who can tell me how to think in english or how to improve this capability?

At the begining of learning english, we always do like that. After we use it for day and day, you will get over it.Try to read more english magazine and listen more english radio, when you speak ,just blurt out, don't think more about the translation.You will find that you get over it till you can speank english very fluently. We should train the sense of English language,just listen more and read more.
You may speak more fluently if do more listening;
You can write better if do more reading.

I'm so too ,so maybe I think you can watch english TV and talk to foreigers cause they have fluently and daily anouncements then you will have a quickly speed on speaking that you don't have time to translate again.
