I was in poor health several years ago. The doctor suggested that I should run for exercise in the morning. But the first day I began to run, I felt so tired. I didn't want to go on. Just then, a voice told me, "Don't give up! "Then I kept on running. At last I arrived at the destination. I felt very proud of myself. From then on, I persisted in running in the morning.
几年前，我身体状况不好，医生建议我早上跑步锻炼。但是第一天我开始跑的时候，我很快就累了。我再也不想跑下去了。就在那时，有个声音告诉我：“不要放弃!”于是我又继续跑。最后我跑到了终点，我感到很自豪。从那以后，我就坚持晨跑了。
