我觉得今年暑假过的非常有意义，每天除了学习计算机以外还尝试了新的有氧运动-YOGA，我非常热爱这项运动，它让我学会了乐观的面对生活，还纠正了我的不良体形，对我今后的学习及生活都有很大的帮助，我爱YOGA，希望有更多的人和我一起尝试这项新的运动。
