In my opinion, diploma may be more important in the old time of China since there were few university students, while it is not the same case today.
The importance of ability and diploma both depends on how it is recognized by the company or how it is related to the employees’ salaries. A person who holds a diploma is considered to be higher educated and thus relatively has higher opportunity to enter the door of a company. However, it becomes worthless if the person is lack of practical ability. As there are too many graduates, most of the companies prefer give an interview to choose the abler one, instead of offering training afterward. It happens because employers think a good academic student may not be good at using their knowledge in the workplace.
Therefore, the trend of companies’ recruitment system indicates that ability becomes more and more important nowadays.
在我看来,文凭更重要在中国的旧时间因为有几个大学生,虽然今天不是相同的情况。
能力和文凭的重要性取决于它是如何被公司或它如何与员工的工资。有文凭的人被认为是高等教育,因此相对更高的机会进入一家公司的门。然而,它变得一文不值,如果这个人是缺乏实践能力。有太多的毕业生,大多数公司更喜欢给选择阿伯勒一个面试,而不是提供培训。这是因为雇主认为一个好的学术的学生可能不擅长在工作中使用他们的知识。

Fake Diplomas 假文凭
Nowadays, our society is filled with plenty of fake diplomas, making an increasing number of people start to complain. Obviously, its appearance and development disturb people's life.
现在我们社会上有很多假文凭，使得越来越多的人开始抱怨。很明显，它的出现和发展打扰了人民的生活。
As we all know, we live in the world with a great deal of challenge and competition, and this is one of the reasons which resulting to the result. Besides, if people have access to fake diplomas, it's not necessary for them to study hard, and they wouldn't waste time on study. What's more, when they graduate, they can get a desire job which many other people can't get. Naturedly, they will make a big sum of money which helps them to live a comfortable life. However, it has a terrible effect on people who struggle to get a great diploma. They feel it's not justice for them to pay their perspiration. Little by little, more and more people learn to cheat instead of accruing a degree in an honest way.
我们都知道我们生活在一个充满挑战和竞争的世界，这就是造成那一结果的原因之一。此外，如果人们有机会获得假文凭，他们就没必要努力学习，而且 他们也不会把时间浪费在学习上。更重要的是，他们毕业时，他们可以得到一份期望中的工作，而其人则无法得到。自然地，他们也会挣很多钱帮助他们过上舒适的 生活。然而，对那些努力取得文凭的人是有不好的影响。他们觉得这对他们努力付出的汗水是不公的。慢慢地越来越多的人学会欺骗而不是用诚实的方式取得文凭。
When it comes to me, I consider we should take some effective measures to prevent this phenomenon, and we must have a reasonable attitude towards the degree. For example, when someone hunts for jobs, their inpidual personality and practical ability should be accounted by HR as one of the most crucial factors. Only we take it seriously can we solve the problem of fake diplomas drastically.
我认为我们应该采取一些有效的措施来防止这种现象，我们对文凭必须要有一个合理的态度。例如，当一个人在找工作的时候，他们的个性和实践能力应该是人力资源考虑的最重要的一个因素。只有我们认真对待才能彻底解决假文凭的问题。

If person the boss faced are young men who just graduate from universities, then diploma and how does the man show in university should be think about more, there is an old saying: a man should always be responsible for his job(在其位，谋其政）,as a student ,he has an obligation to do his study well ,and at this point ,a beautiful school report card is great, at least it proves his study ability, which is very essential for the coming days, and because he is so young that he owns the enthusiasm on work, which is also a necessary factor. But if whom the boss faced is a forty old man and just fired a company or be fired by the original corporation , then the boss would think a lot of such things as work ability , experience and so on.
如果人老板面对年轻人刚从大学毕业,然后文凭人如何在大学应该考虑更多的,有句老话:一个人应该负责他的工作,作为一名学生,他有责任去做他的研究,在这一点上,一个漂亮的成绩单是伟大的,它至少证明了他的研究能力,为未来几天是非常重要的,因为他太年轻,他拥有对工作的热情,这也是一个必要的因素。但如果他们面临一百四十老人,只是老板解雇了原来的公司,一个公司或被解雇的老板会想很多诸如工作能力、经验等等。
