Currently, the topic of job responsibilities and personal interests has sparked a heated discussion among the public. Obviously, a host of people are faced with the problem on how to balance the two. From where I stand, several ways ought to be taken into consideration.
On the one hand, boosting working efficiency is supposed to be put at the top of the list.
