Last night I was having a shower in the bathroom at about 10:30 when the silence was broken by some most unusual noises outside. I quickly got dressed and ran out of the bathroom, only to find a big fire broke out on the 3rd floor of our flat building. The fire brigade was immediately called. I, along with most of the people, had left the building by the time the firefighters arrived. But a family on the 4th floor were still trapped in the flat that was burning. The firemen were so great. Some put out the fire hard and others managed to rescue the parents and then went back in and wrapped their child up in a blanket, brought him out and took him to hospital.
昨晚我在浴室里洗澡的时候，沉默是10:30外面一些最不寻常的噪音打破。我很快就把衣服穿好，跑出了浴室，却发现在我们公寓楼的第三层，一个大的火灾发生了。消防队立即被叫来。我和大多数的人一起离开了大楼，消防人员到达时。但一家第四层的一个家庭仍然被困在那所燃烧的公寓里。消防队员们很好。有些人把火扑灭了，其他人设法救回了父母，然后又回到家里，把孩子裹在毯子里，把他带到医院去了。
