【写法指要】
求职信(Letters of application for a position)是应聘者向招聘单位的主管投寄的书信。写这种信的目的是为了让招聘单位了解你的学历、经验、能力、专长、成果、愿望等。所以,写信时要尽量向对方表现你的长处,以便给人一个好的印象,获得面试的机会。
写求职信应注意以下几点:
1)首先要开门见山说明申请理由,即见广告而应聘、或经熟人介绍,或为了专业对口,或为了调回家乡等。不要先写个人情况。这一点与汉语书信的写法不同。
2)概括本人学历、经历和特点,表明能胜任此项工作。但切忌夸大、吹嘘。
3)尽量说应聘部门的好处。不要损害他人,如批评原雇主等。否则对你申请工作有害无益。
4)不要申请你不能胜任的工作,而应申请熟悉的、能干得好的工作。
5)不要自贬。写求职信不是谦虚或虚伪的场合,你低估自己别人也会瞧不起你。
6)求职信一般是写给不熟悉的人的,所以要用正式文体和格式写;语言要简单、明白,不要卖弄学问,用一些别人看不懂的词句。
