E-MAIL英文高手 No. 89 《謝謝您溫馨的慰問……》
阅读 : 次
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Smith:
Thank you so much for the lovely flowers and good wishes you sent my daughter last week.
Hwei-ling was particularly happy when she saw that they came from you. She read your very heart-warming get-well card time and again, and asked me to tell you how much it meant to her. The doctors say that Hwei-ling is improving rapidly and that she will soon be able to leave the hospital--perhaps in a month or so.
My husband joins me in sending our sincere appreciation for the flowers and, most of all, for the cheerful NOTES of encouragement. They were like a breath of fresh air, and I'm sure they did my daughter a world of good. Thank you again.
Sincerely yours,
Jessie Lee
