　　中国得天独厚的气候条件适合多种名茶的生长，而中国人加工茶叶的方法也是多种多样。

　　饮茶已经成为人们生活的一部分，对身体也大有裨益。

　　Tea

　　Tea drinking dates back to ancient China and has spread over the world. Tea has greatly influenced the world culture. In Japan， for example， people have developed a special tea drinking ritual， which is thought of as a necessary means of cultivating character.

　　China grows several kinds of world-famous tea on account of its unique climate.

　　The Chinese use different ways to treat and process tea， making it into black tea， green tea and scented tea.

　　While the way of making or drinking tea differs from people to people， tea drinking has become part of their life. In China there are teahouses where people talk or play chess over a cup of tea. To receive a guest at home， the host brings him a cup of tea. People drink tea to refresh the mind and get rid of fatigue. Tea consists of nutritious elements. Those who often drink tea are less vulnerable to heart and blood diseases.
