感恩节（英语：Thanksgiving Day）是美国和加拿大共有的节日，原意是为了感谢上天赐予的好收成。在美国，自1941年起，感恩节是在每年11月的第四个星期四，並从这一天起将休假两天。像中国的春节一样，在这一天，成千上万的人们不管多忙，都要和自己的家人团聚。加拿大的感恩節則起始於1879年，是在每年10月第二个星期一，与美国的哥伦布日相同。
初时感恩节没有固定日期，由各州临时决定，直到美国独立后，感恩节才成为全国性的节日。
每逢感恩节这一天，美国举国上下热闹非常，基督徒按照习俗前往教堂做感恩祈祷，城乡市镇到处都有化装游行、戏剧表演或体育比赛等。分别了一年的亲人们也会从天南海北归来，一家人团圆，品尝以“火鸡”为主的感恩节美食。
美國當地最著名的慶典則是從1924年開始的梅西百貨感恩節遊行（Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade）。
美国总统每年感恩节都会豁免一只火鸡。

我的美国客户很少，所以没发几个Happy Thanksgiving 的邮件。但是想了一下，还是可以利用这个机会和其他客户联络一下感情的。以下是我给已下样单的其他国家客户的邮件（有些客户已没有继续做了），大体是这个模式，个别做些修改。我不是群发的，对这些已下单的客户一般是一对一的发问候信。
