我们应该帮助陌生人吗 Should We Help Strangers?
Helping strangers has always been considered as a treasured virtue of mankind. We need help from others throughout our life, whenever we travel to other places or stay at home. On the other hand, helping others can make us happy. We feel great joy when we are trusted, needed and able to give a hand.
帮助陌生人一直被认为是人类的宝贵美德。在我们的生活中，我们需要别人的帮助，无论什么时候我们去其他地方或者呆在家里。另一方面，帮助别人也能让我们快乐。当我们被信任、需要和能够伸出援手时，我们会感到无比的快乐。
However, some people are cautious when it comes to helping strangers. They say that helping others involves risks of getting hurt or cheated. Lending a hand to a stranger often puts us in a vulnerable position for it means trusting someone we do not even know. Moreover, there are times when we have physical limitations. For instance, we can’t swim but a girl is drowning, what should we do? If we are blind to that limitation, giving a hand would conversely take our life.
然而，在帮助陌生人方面，有些人还是很谨慎的。他们说，帮助他人会带来受伤或受骗的风险。向陌生人伸出援手通常会使我们处于脆弱的境地，因为这意味着信任我们不认识的人。此外，有时我们有身体上的限制。例如，我们不会游泳，但是一个女孩溺水了，我们该怎么办?如果我们对这种限制视而不见，那么伸出援手的同时反过来也会夺走我们的生命。
In my opinion, we should still offer what we can do to help those needed strangers. Meanwhile, we should beware of getting cheated and use our common sense to tell whether the strangers are real needed people or just professional cheats. Detecting anything unusual, we should defend ourselves or turn to the police.
在我看来，我们仍然应该为那些需要帮助的人提供帮助。与此同时，我们应该提防受骗，用我们的常识来判断这些陌生人是真正需要的人，还是仅仅是专业骗子。发现任何不寻常的事情，我们都应该为自己辩护或求助于警察。
