夏天大家要特别的注意健康问题。否则，会很容易生病的。如此高的温度，如果大家不注意自己的健康，就可以会中暑。但如果经常吃一些降火的食物，就可以减少中暑的机会。此外，在夏天，因为高温人们脾气总是会比较暴躁。而且很容易疲劳。因此，他们需要有足够的休息来调整自己。总之，为了健康的生活在夏天人们需要特别留心。
