近日，一张名为“史上最牛政府机构英语告示”的贴图在各大网络论坛上热传。发帖者网友“阿喀琉斯之怒”对如何发现这张图和图本身的强悍之处作了详细说明：这是某日在本地某部门的门口看到的承诺公告，大开眼界，于是用手机存照。原文左右两部分，右边是对应的英文公告，镶嵌在玻璃镜框内，不甚清晰。
最强悍的部分已经标注出来了。看到的当时怎一个寒字了得。一直以为“good good study ，day day up”是中式英语的极致，谁知道强中自有强中手，强悍如“push Wei”（推诿）的语法，已经让老外彻底癫狂。
自从贵阳客运段的中英文标识牌将贵阳译成“昂贵的太阳”之后，中式英语的种种谬误和可笑得到网友的极大关注。
有网友猜测，这个如此可笑的翻译，可能也是通过网上在线翻译一类的软件搞出来的，然后直接就复制上去了。由于发帖者将告示上的单位名称、监督电话等隐去，还有网友通过网络搜索进行比勘对照，试图找出图片所描述的究竟是什么地方的海事部门。
有英语水平不错的网友则指出，英语告示的错误不仅出现在“push Wei”等较为明显的地方，其实的翻译也让人喷饭，例如“有求必应”就被翻译成了“have to be beg surely should”。
另一方面，也有网友质疑这张图片的真实性，认为红线上的单词开头全部大写太巧了，“谬误实在太过明显，即使是初中程度的英语水平都能看出来有错”，而“作为要对外服务的政府部门，谁敢这么翻，这么用？凡是会用金山词霸的，肯定会有一点语法基础的嘛，怎么敢这么草草了事？”并根据图片上玻璃镜框反光的字，猜测这张图是不是PS出来的。较为细心的网友则认为这个理据不成立，因为图片上玻璃镜框同样反光出来一个正在拍照的戴眼睛男人，这从侧面说明了拍照这个行为的确是存在的。
