Attending a wedding for the first time, a little girl whispered to her mother, "Why is the bride dressed in white?"
"Because white is the color of happiness, and today is the happiest day of her life."
The child thought about this for a moment, then said, "So why is the groom wearing black?"
小姑娘头回参加婚礼，悄悄问妈妈：“为什么新娘穿一身白呀？”
“因为白色是幸福的颜色，而今天是她一生中最幸福的日子。”
小姑娘对这事琢磨了一会儿，接着又问：“那新郎为什么穿一身黑呢？”
