伊索寓言：四头公牛和一只狮子

——United we stand, divided we fall. 团结则存，分离则亡。
A Lion used to prowl about a field in which four Oxen used to dwell.
Many a time he tried to attack them; but whenever he came near they turned their tails to one another, so that whichever way he approached them he was met by the horns of one of them.
At last, however, they quarreled among themselves, and each went off to pasture alone in a separate corner of the field. Then the Lion attacked them one by one and soon made an end of all four.
狮子常去四头公牛居住的那片地里觅食。
他多次想攻击他们，可是，每当他靠近时，四头公牛就尾对尾地摆好架势，这样，无论他从哪个方向接近他们，都会碰上其中一头牛的尖角。
然而，终于有一次，四头公牛之间发生了争吵，他们分别独自去田野的四个吃草。于是，狮子逐一对付他们，很快就把四头公牛都吃掉了。
