A Dog Not Bite
One day John is walking down the street when he sees an old man with a nice looking dog. He goes over to the man and asks, "Does your dog bite？" The old man replies, "No, never." When John tries to pet the dog, it immediately bites his hand. John says, "I thought you said your dog didn't bite！" "I did." replies the old man, "but this isn't my dog！"
一天John走在街上,看到一位老人带着一条非常漂亮的狗。他就过去问这位老人:“您的狗咬人吗？”老人说:“不,从来不咬。”当John试图去摸这条狗的时候,狗立刻咬了他的手。John说:“我想你刚才说你的狗不咬人的！”老人回答到:“我是这么说的啊。但这不是我的狗！”

Teacher: What's the outside layer of a tree called, Tommy？
Tommy: Don't know.
Teacher: Bark, Tommy.
Tommy: Woof, Woof.
老师:树外面的一层叫什么,Tommy？
Tommy:我不知道。
老师:树皮,Tommy.
Tommy:汪,汪。
注:bark作名词有“树皮”的意思,作动词有“狗叫”的意思。
