Worms for beer

When he arrived at the bank of the river, John found he had forgotten to bring some bait. Just then he saw a little snake passing by. It had a worm in its mouth. John grabbed the snake and took away its worm. He thought the little snake would have no lunch, so he poured a little beer into its mouth. Then he began fishing.
After about an hour, John felt something beside his leg. Looking down, he saw the same snake with three more worms in his mouth.
走到河边的时候,John发现他忘了带鱼饵。就在那时,他看到一条小蛇爬了过去,嘴里叼着一条虫子。John 抓起蛇,从它的嘴里抢过虫子。他想这条蛇没有午餐吃了,于是就往蛇嘴里倒了点啤酒。然后他就开始钓鱼。
大概一个小时后,John觉得腿边好像有什么东西。他向下一看,发现还是那条蛇,嘴里叼着三只虫子。
