美文赏析：欲把西湖比西子

我们曾经讲过一个故事叫“东施效颦”。故事里有个美女叫西施，长得非常美，以致于人们在形容美丽的景色的时候，都拿她来做比喻。这次呱呱要带大家去的地方就是和西施一样美的西湖。
西湖又叫西子湖。it is located in the west part of hangzhou, zhejiang province. 对于西湖之美，人们有很多种比喻。
some one thinks the west lake is just like a beautiful traditional chinese painting. 也有人说，西湖是一首诗、一个美丽动人的故事。the west lake is beautiful in any season. 这一点非常令人称奇。
人们把西湖的美概括为西湖十景，它们分别是：苏堤春晓、曲院风荷、柳浪闻莺、双峰插云、花港观鱼、平湖秋月、三潭印月、南屏晚钟、雷锋夕照、断桥残雪。
苏堤春晓是十景之最。it was built by su dongpo, the great poet, during the north song dynasty. 苏东坡在杭州做官的时候，带领当地的人疏通西湖，用挖出的泥修了这座长堤。人们为了纪念苏东坡，就把这座堤坝叫做苏堤了。this causeway (堤坝) is covered with peach and willow trees, as well as other flowers. when spring comes, 苏堤就像一位报春的使者，桃花盛开，柳丝轻拂，非常美丽动人。
