　　We were all tired after a difficult faculty meeting. The dean chairing it complained, "Have you noticed all these gray hairs I've been getting? Do you realize that when I took this job four years ago, I didn't have a single one?" "That's no problem," consoled another professor who was virtually bald. "Just do what I do. Whenever you notice a gray hair, yank it out."

　　我们在一个乏味的全体教员会议之后全都很疲累。院长抱怨说,"你们注意到我这些灰白的头发了吗?你们知道吗，当我在四年以前做这个工作的时候,我还没有一根?""那不是问题,"一个事实上秃头的教授安慰说："只要做像我所做的，每当你有一根白头发的时候，猛拉它。"
